Alegra Learning Sales Account Executive

Join us at Alegra Learning where we're on a mission to build meaningful connection worldwide through Joy School English—our software platform that teaches English to young children all over the world—with a focus on speaking, while simultaneously teaching character-building values. 

We are seeking Sales Account Executives for various locations (must live in or relocate to territory):

• New York City
• Northern California
• Southern California
• Central Valley California
• Texas

As an Account Executive, you'll act as an entrepreneur in your territory, tirelessly seeking out and forging partnerships with US school districts to drive business growth. Responsibilities include seeking new partnerships, nurturing district relationships, negotiating multi-million dollar deals, and ensuring client success. We're seeking self-starters who will consistently meet or exceed sales targets and who are committed to impacting children's lives. 

This position includes salary plus an aggressive commission plan where you will simultaneously build wealth and make a difference in the world. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
